Tank Spawns with Bugged View

Summarize your bug Spawned a US tank on Al Sudan and the camera was broken in both views.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spawn a US tank.
What happens when the bug occurs? Both the 1P and 3P camera views were glitched.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see where I'm driving and aiming.
Yesterday I spawned a Sherman on Al Sudan and when it spawned both camera views were glitched. I could not see at all in 1P, as the camera loaded in the tank, and in 3P the view was like I was using a scope.
