Tactical Genius Quest Improperly Tracking Unique Buffs

Ironically, akbars ability "tactical genius" not being applied every time. Was applied at least 3 times for 15 buffs, but only registered once.

Same issue attempting this quest. Secret Intel from bb8 and translation from c3p0 were spread consistently in my most recent GA battle but were not registered or counted. Strangely i believe CLS call to action was counted. Can we get clarification for this quest please?
