@wooky909 Three quick points here:
1. Requests for compensation on this scale belong in the main forums. MindTricks has already said they cannot do it - it requires a studio decision. Your best bet is to appeal there.
https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/2. Not all guilds impacted by this bug lost because of it. Some guilds might have lost the same war even if they could set a full defense or attack all the fleets. So rather than compensating every guild who experienced this issue, the most fair thing would be to assess each impacted war and see if the loser was impacted. That assessment will take time.
3. Achievements likely won't be compensated, because the next victory will still trigger the achievement. Giving it twice wouldn't be fair to players who weren't impacted, and there's no way to quantify the impact of a delay of a small reward.
