TW very buggy

We just had a guild member attempt to set a team on D, only to have the spinning gear icon go forever. When he force-quit and relaunched the game the team was not on D, but was no longer available to be placed.

I've been having issues getting TW to load in general. Something is definitely not right.

While we understand that maintenance of our beloved SWGOH game is time consuming, especially when unexpected challenges arise like our TW fleet issue, those of us who have posted our allycodes and also submitted help desk tickets have not received any compensation for our TW loss. Hi !

Same problem here. Can't load the sheep territory team page. Impossible to attack the territory.

1. Same occurance for all the members of my guild. All kind of device, all kind of connection.
2. Nobody can access the ships territory
3. Code Ally : 792213117 & all my guild
4. from the time we had access to the territory to the end of TW. Today 22nd september. We see the bug at 6:15pm (GMT +2)

Checking in again regarding compensation for a bug that you were obviously able to verify and hopefully fix? It's really difficult for me to understand why our request for compensation is being brushed aside compared to other times I've had to contact you for help and was given compensation, that I was neither requesting nor expecting, without hesitation. At this point, after multiple requests and inquiries, I feel like I'm begging for something that should have been offered by a company whose customer service I have never questioned. This experience is very strange given these circumstances, especially coming from your company. Indeed, it's very disappointing and disheartening.

I have been a long time player, and have been fortunate to never have had the need to reach out for help regarding an in-game issue;  I have always found the game developers’ acknowledgement and compensation for issues to be measured and fair, and have never felt the need to escalate beyond that. 

More so, I am also fortunate to be in a guild of highly motivated and passionate players who love the game and are constantly striving to do better as a cohesive team.  It has continued to keep us dedicated to the game, and to our collective improvement.

I think that is what is making the lack of response to this issue disheartening.  We did ‘everything right’ in this circumstance, and were the victim of an acknowledged in-game error that was quickly fixed by Capital Games (and thank you sincerely for that).  This error ultimately led to a loss against our TW opponents, as entire sections of the board were restricted to us.   In my opinion,  this is the exact type of circumstance that would warrant some form of in-game compensation.  The fact that we have not received any form of communication in almost two weeks is disappointing, and is something I hope can be rectified. 

Looking forward to a response.

Hi all and thank you for all the details.

We fixed the issue with a server update on 26.09. as stated HERE.

As for compensation, this is under the discretion of the studio since it was affecting a number of players and guilds.

Yes, we know it’s been fixed. You’re welcome for taking the time to flag the bug and post the video.
We also know that we have been cheated of a victory, of rewards and of achievements. We would really appreciate if you could send our ally codes to whoever makes the decision to compensate a whole guild of disappointed players. Thank you.
