TW very buggy

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug The TW attack phase is super buggy for the whole guild (DHAL). No one can access the ships battles anymore (endless spinning wheel). In toon battles, screen is freezing for a lot of members. If we lose because of this, this is really not cool.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you are able to log into the game as someone from my guild, you might see what we’re experiencing.

Hi all and thank you for all the details.

We fixed the issue with a server update on 26.09. as stated HERE.

As for compensation, this is under the discretion of the studio since it was affecting a number of players and guilds.

Exactly the same problem using Android device.

Sony X Performance (F8132). Android OS. 

2. What issue did you encounter exactly?

When trying to enter to Fleet Territory during Attack Phase in Territory War, the screen stay uploading no matter how much time you wait. Game stop responding and have to close, clean and restart it again. Android troubleshoot doesn't work.

Same! On both phones I use for my account...iPhoneX and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I can’t get into ships area in TW.

1. The whole guild is affected by this, and it’s really all kinds of devices: iPhone, Android, iPad...
2. There are 2 issues: the biggest one is that nobody can access the ships territory in the current TW. When we tap on the territory, we get the spinning wheel indefinitely. The second issue many of us have seen is the game freezing up when battling the other territories, and timing out, and counting as a loss.
3. Do you want the 50 ally codes?
4. It started yesterday, September 18, when the TW attack phase opened up, at 11 am PST (US)
We were doing good and winning our TW, and now there is no way we can win.
We found our opponents and chatted with them and they said they had trouble placing ships on defense and that they experienced a similar “locked out” situation. So now we are locked out in offense, and we will lose when we should have won.
We would really appreciate a fair compensation for the whole guild, as this is really demoralizing and very frustrating.

I am having a similar problem with my iPhone.  This is incredibly frustrating and is affecting all of our guild members.  Would appreciate some feedback beyond restarting the device.

2. What issue did you encounter exactly? Unable to access fleet sector in TW map...I have video of the loading gear just spinning for 3 mins but I’m unable to upload it to you due to size. It’s not my phones because I’m not experiencing any issues on my son’s or my daughter’s accounts. They are each in different guilds and have no issues with TW on my devices.
