How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base Game, All Expansion Game , Almost all the Game Packs with the exception of Parenthood. From the stuff packs only ones NOT INSTALLED are My First Pet Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Fitness Stuff, Bowling Night Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On living mode try to use ultra speed to fast forward any action.
What happens when the bug occurs? Clock and Sims will move/stay a normal speed.
What do you expect to see? Expected the game time to advance at a fast pace speed in order to quickly finish any action or work time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Install Laundry Day Stuff.

Do you have any pets on your lot ? And if so, could you test a lot with no pets ?
