[NEEDS INPUT] [GT] [GF] Club: Record Video and Produce New Track doesn't work

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get Together Expansion Pack with Get Famous Expansion Pack. Club Activities in Club Customization Option.
What happens when the bug occurs? All sims in club can't do activities Record Video and Produce New Track.
What do you expect to see? All sims in club can do these activities.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

I tried do my sims and npc sims in my club do activities Record Video and Produce New Track, but it seems they can't do these activities. They do other activities without what I have set club activities up. Such as they use computer and talk with sims in club. I'm not sure other activities in club except spoken before have problem like this?

Not sure atm, need to check my game, but do you need a certain skill level for these ? If so, do the members have this skill level ?

Yes, member in club have media production skill, but not all member. My club have 5 member, two member have skill and three member haven't skill. I tried many things and many times, but not solve. And i tried repairing game, but not solve too.

I am seeing it in my game also. It is not enabled in the game files for each of the songs or video types.

Just wondering how this was originally posted in 2018 and now ... four actual human years later ... it still hasn't been fixed? Yes I clicked "Me Too". No I don't use CC. No I don't have any mods. 

 

Ive also tweeted The Sims Direct because there are dozens of other club activities that don't work.
