[FIXED] Simology panel top off top of screen if Sim has lots of traits [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Mac 1.47.49.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open simology panel.
What happens when the bug occurs? top of panel off top of screen, can not get to the drag bar to make it smaller.
What do you expect to see? the top of the panel that has the drag section to raise and lower.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. started after November update was applied.

After the November update, I cannot get to the top of my Simology panel to drag down (make smaller, or see new stuff added).

If you have enough traits to fill the Simology panel beyond the window height allowed by your monitors resolution, you will no longer find yourself unable to interact with the Simology panel.

• Also, your Sim is amazingly complex.

After the November update, I cannot get to the top of my Simology panel to drag down (make smaller, or see new stuff added).

Does anyone know what preff file to delete to get it to reset to the shorter panel?

Current Status

• Seems to only happen when there's a long trait list
• Doesn't happen on all computers
• Looks like this might be solved with the EP installed. 
• Currently more data needed. Please post your specs and resolution.

Yep getting the exact same issue here, my sim does have a huge amount of traits though. No mods.

I also have this issue on my test sim with all the traits.

I have tried current virtual resolution (1600 x 900) as well as native resolution (1320 x 768), fullscreen and both windowed modes.

I just clicked switched to the Personality Panel but didn't manually expand the panel (even if I ahd, I wouldn't be able to expand beyond the top of the screen),

I'm on PC, Windows 10, latest patch, all expansions (barring GF, just yet).

Are you all using laptops or desktop computers ?

No Mods (while testing) All packs installed

My Specs :

macOS Mojave

Version 10.14.1

iMac (21.5, Late 2013)

Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Have tried out of full screen (windowed) and all other resolutions, cannot get to the top to drag smaller.
