[OPEN] Player-Created Generic Lots Not Recognized For Events

Get to Work, Vampires, Parenthood, Backyard Stuff, Kids Stuff, Outdoor Retreat, Fitness Stuff, Holiday Celebration, Spooky Stuff, Dine Out, Toddler Stuff, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Movie Hangout Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Spa Day, Get Together, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a Generic lot in the world and plan an event that is now able to use a Generic lot. In my tests it was a wedding, for comparison.
What happens when the bug occurs? When planning a social event, I cannot have the event at any Generic lot save for the pre-existing "The Summer Home" lot.
What do you expect to see? Since the November 7th patch, weddings and the like should be able to be hold these events at Generic lots.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The November 7th patch allowed for use of Generic lots in social events.
"The Summer Home" is the only Generic lot recognized across all saves. It is not Save specific. The game has been tested without Custom Content, the game has been repaired, lots have been replaced, and lot type has been changed. Nothing player-made, by me or by someone else, is recognized. Only "The Summer Home."
