We addressed an issue that was allowing non greeted Sims to enter your apartment uninvited.
Fixed in Patch 1.56.52
Since there's been multiple fixes for this now and the fix is specific to apartments, please create a new thread if you're still having issues.
Please be aware of these two issues that still exist:

Sometimes NPCs randomly waltz into an apartment. Typically they are the people who run the food stands, the neighbors, and the sims walking around the area. Has happened on multiple apartments. They can be told to leave the apartment thankfully.

Do you have a save game with that reproducibly happening on a regular basis you would be willing to share ?

Hello @HoshinoKabi @crinrict
Do these visiting NPC's live in the apartment? If so, and if these NPC's have the Insane or Goofball trait, this is by design.
If the NPC's don't live in the apartment, or if they live in the apartment but don't have the Insane or Goofball trait, we can look into it.

I've noticed this happens when my apartment-dwelling Sim interacts with the neighbors. My neighbors are always complaining about the noise (my Sim isn't making noise - but that's another issue) and they pound on the door. I ignore it and then they tell me I am a "terrible neighbor" and *then* they walk into the apartment and start watching TV.
It looks to me like the game has initiated a social interaction (not an event) and can't remember that I never invited them in - or doesn't distinguish between a negative and a positive interaction. This only seems to happen in apartments - like the game doesn't really consider a different apartment a different house.

Did you check on the traits ?
