Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place Corporate Fridge Raider Revenue Generating Cooler on the lot and watch your sim automatically use it.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1]. When the sim wanted to buy a snack/sandwich, the fee is deducted from your household INSTANTLY. And when you cancel the autonomy action from bottom-left menu, the money will not be refunded. [2]. Above will happen when your sims wished a sandwich. But he/she didn't open this cooler since they are far away from it.
