TL-50 Weapon Mods Issue

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I was using the TL-50 and completed the TL-50 Target Practice Milestone. I exited the game and returned. When I next saw the TL-50 it shows 2/2 mods equipped, even though I only have Improved Cooling. It allows me to use either that or Reduced Spread, but not both at once. Since I only have 75 kills, Secondary fire remains greyed out. However, rather than a lock symbol it has a filled-in circle in the upper right corner. The game appears to be counting it as an applied mod, even though it is locked and not useable.

Hey @BlackarrowPSN

Have you tried to power cycle your console (just completely turn it off for around 2 minutes) or reinstall the game?

The problem persisted after restarting the PS4, even with a day of the machine being turned off.  I did not reinstall the game.  The issue continued until I had 150 TL-50 kills and all three attachments were unlocked.
