Happens in next phase as well. Snowtrooper in top section.

Can confirm the above, have a guild mate with the same problem. 5/5 empire including snowtrooper available, the button confirms 5/5, but won't let him do the mission.

Same. Saved 5 Empire units after platoons and other missions, keep getting the message about not meeting requirements

Same problem with special mission in phase 3 again....in phase 1 also had this bug!!! Do something immediately please.

I ran into the issue today and have more than the required amount of troops. I have not attacked anywhere else it was going to be the first mission I played.
