Summarize your bug In the airspace combat mission in Phase 4 of Territory Battles, after I had selected my fleet and entered combat, the game immediately went to "DRAW! 0 territory points earned," before any time had elapsed or either team had made a move. I was unable to reenter the mission afterwards, as it was marked as complete

Hmm...that sounds different from what happened to me. My game didn't freeze or have disabled actions; it went to the combat and then declared a draw.
