Swgoh pack purchase bug ate my 20$

I recently bought 2800 crystals and was saving up for an appealing pack while using cantina refreshes on the side when I went to open a bronzium. When I scrolled to open it, I slid past the tie advanced pack and it opened the screen to preview but I closed the opened the bronzium . The bronzium gave me the contents of the tie advanced pack, which I did NOT want at all, now I am out of 20$! Please help.
