How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I’ve just completed the beast mastery II achievement and got the portrait that comes with it. Once equipped, it shows the clone sergeant Phase 1 portrait.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my account or try using the portrait on bugged accounts?

Hi, came across the same issue. I have just completed the cal kestis event and got the portrait but it is still locked in the menu.
