How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sweethearts' Ottoman can't be used by sims. Tap on it at it will just bounce not having any actions available.
What do you expect to see? There are actions available when I tap the Sweethearts' Ottoman. Sims can use it.

I'm thinking this item doesn't have actions. Like some other items, they just jump and not give action options.
What kind of options are you expecting to show up @SalixCat?
Here are some ideas:
- Sitting and relaxing, alone or with another sim. This is the same as any sofa.
- Coffee table. I would like to place the tea set on the Ottoman.
- Foot rest. Sims work 24/7 and deserve this.
- Children/toddlers could sit on the floor and use it as a table to play or draw on it. Actually this could be an idea for any coffee table.
- Bed foot end.

@SalixCat I was actually able to place the ottoman at the foot of the bed if that is what you mean by "bed foot end".

So that's one of five in my list.
I was hoping to be able to place it closer to the bed. Looks nice
