I went to replenish a sim's energy and found this in one bathroom. 

Checked the upstairs bathroom and found the same.

I tried to fix it and found that the footprint for the item had rotated.

same here. i discovered it after the update. also hit with the can't refill energy in the tub bug.

same here.. I can't refill energy in bath tub because of privacy. But there is noone in the room. Bath tub also rotated.

I’m having the same issue, and on top of this my sims can’t re-energize using ANY of the tubs currently. It tells me my sim wants privacy, but there are no other sims present !! Lol

im having the same problem. i saw it sticking through the wall and tried to rotate it back into place. when i couldnt, i popped it back in my inventory and now i can only place it if i place it in the middle of my yard which is not quite the vibe of this lot
