Survival item in all gamemodes, golden backpack in arenas not showing

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. looking in my inventory
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? this happens in them all
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) noticed it a few days ago (14/06/2021)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? in the inventory on the left bottom of the screen, you can see your teammate's inventory (helmet/chest plate/knockdown shield/backpack/?!!) it doesn't show the 5th item (suppose to be fire shield/ mobile respawn beacon) even if a teammate has one it doesn't show it when you open your inventory to check (side problem, in arenas you can see if you have a golden backpack or if your teammates have one mid-game, it only shows a purple backpack every time
What should be happening instead? should show the corresponding item
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go in a game with a teammate, give them a fire shield/respawn beacon and check if it shows it in your inventory in the small area that shows what they have go to arena game and purchase a golden backpack, when you open your inventory it shows you have purple, it still works as if you have a golden backpack but doesn't show you have one
