Survey Beacon cannot be found

What happens when the bug occurs? The survey beacon is not appearing, or cant be found despite there is an icon in map
What should be happening instead? The survey beacon should be there
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really dont know whether it's bug, or just visual bug, because the icon showing there is a beacon there, but we cant see one

We drop on thermal station, and when we looting, one of our teamates decided to check next ring with survey beacon, and we saw in map there is one in thermal station dome building, so he went there, but cant find one. I also come to do a re-check whether the beacon really gone or not, and found no beacon up there, and do double check with both teamates, while in the map, the icon showing there is a beacon

Happened the same to me as Bloodhound (on PC). The icon is in the map and minimap, but the survey beacon isn't there.
