Super star KO doesn’t work

Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Date/time issue occurred As soon as I got the game
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug Every time I click on superstar KO it loads but the it says “Attention No Events Available” and the only option is OK and I haven’t been able to play it at all
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Tap Supertar KO, it will say use of messaging is not allowed on this account then click ok and it will go to the no events available screen
What happens when the bug occurs? It’s a white screen then you can see the madden home screen through it
What do you expect to see? The bug

A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4

- PC

Hey @epagels. 

Have you had a chance to try power-cycling your PS4 along with your router/modem to see if that helps at all? Let me know if you're still getting that same message afterward when you're trying to start up Superstar KO.

What do you expect to see? Pick a new player and continue to 4 wins
