Summarize your bug In Custom Fight Now, the Submission Speed slider does not affect anything. Whether set to maximum or minimum, during submissions, the bar fills at the same rate.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a fight in Custom Fight Now, set Submission Speed to maximum for your corner. During the fight, use a submission and watch how quickly or slowly both red and blue bars fill up. Then start another fight, preferably choosing the same fighter and opponent, set your Submission Speed to minimum and use a submission again.
What happens when the bug occurs? Submission Speed is the same regardless of the slider.
What do you expect to see? Setting the slider higher should make the fighter's bar fill up faster during submissions. Likewise, lowering it should make the bar fill slower. Unless Submission Speed is meant to represent something else.
