Summarize your bug When stunned, it is possible to keep shooting. The effect is the same for push and ground slam. I do not think i have noticed it during Vaders choke, but after the enemies touch the ground, same for push, they can shoot immediately, even though the animation is still in the process of getting up from the ground.

Maybe put there overheat, if it cannot be fixed directly, similar like you did with hero lightsaber block, adding the stamina.

As always, thank you for your report!
It's a known-issue for our specialists. Good news is that we managed to nail down the source of the problem, however I don't have any ETA for the possible fix.
I will try to update this thread, once I get any solid date.

This bug is so critical in HvV, Chewbacca and Palpatine are so OP if they can fire when they are stunned.

Basically everyone is OP if the attacker is unaware of this bug. Poor Kylo has no chance against a frozen Lando, gets 40 headshots in 2 seconds.
October 2018
The bug is still happening. No fix to this day.

@Rogue_Manda_YT
It has been partially fixed. Immobilization and Stunning effects now have a proper time when enemy players can't shoot or block. But before they recompose themselves, usually when they are already fallen to the ground, they can already shoot and block.
Not sure if this was a poor fix, or if they chose to allow these as a new feature. Who knows? DICE is so secretive about game mechanics that we can't know for sure, like with Palpatine's lightning through walls that for months we thought wa sa BUG, just for them to clarify it was a feature.

They can't do this anymore while being frozen/pushed, but as soon as they hit the ground they will be able to shoot before they recover and stand up, already reported it, makes force push even more useless: Heroes can shoot before they stand up after a push/stun

I can confirm that this is still happening. Not as bad as before, but once the actual ability runs out, the player can already shoot.
So for example:
This glitch has been in the game for a few months now and I would like to see this reverted back to normal. It gives a pretty big disadvantage for players that do not know that you can shoot in these kinds of situations. Happens with almost every ability that makes you ragdoll over the map.

Thanks for the update on this!
I'm sorry to hear that it still hasn't been completely fixed tho. I'll re-open the case.

Since Lando was mentioned, I want to point out that it is not just a regular blaster fire you can do, while dropping on the ground. It is even his ability, sharpshooter, which stuns the enemy for a brief moment. Players, who know this bug use it to their great advantage.
