Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby

What happens when the bug occurs? whenever I start matchmaking it suddenly gives me the noise that a game is about to start then my character freezes and it gets stuck on connecting to match forever,no buttons work either so I'm forced to leave the server or restart my game
What should be happening instead? load in the match with no problems
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know,maybe ask players if they are experiencing the same issues

that same thing happens to me and when I restart my game My gamertag disappears and I cant do anything, the only workaround I have is deleting the whole game and reinstalling it which sucks

Can you try going through some connection steps here and see if this still happens?

@EA_Illium It's not my connection it's the only game that does that and that happened recently..sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't when it doesnt the bug stays there for hours

I even share played the game to my friends and gave them the controller to play it from their internet and the issue was still there so it's not my connection

Yes the glitch still happens but not as much

@Frostplayz0 Thank you for confirming can you rebuild your PS4 database and test out the issue?

• Make sure your PS4 is completely powered down and that your Dualshock 4 controller is connected to the console via a USB cable. 
• Boot up the PS4 in safe mode. This is done by pressing and holding down the power button until you hear two separate beeps (about seven seconds). 
• Once the PS4 is booted in safe mode, you’ll be taken to a menu with a variety of options. 
• Select the “Rebuild Database” option, making sure you don’t accidentally select the “Initialize PS4” option since that will erase all your data. 
• The screen is supposed to go black when the rebuild process is underway, so don’t worry if that happens. Depending on how much data you have on your PS4, the rebuild process can take some time, so be patient, and don’t turn your console off while the process is still going.

@EA_Illium I did that when the glitch first happened and the glitch still happens,but like I said after the recent update it's not happening as much so it must be the game's fault not mine
