Stuck on checking for updates again [ Edited ]

When I use data, it's stuck on checking for updates. Wifi works fine. This started about a half hour ago. I had the same problem a few weeks ago and was later fixed. Using Android on lg g4 on t-mobile. Possibly same problem as before.
