Since yesterday’s update when I try to login it pops up that new client is available. It turns me to AppStore (where is not visible update only Open) and after that it is stuck in Init.

Hi @PattiC90 and sorry to hear that.

We've checked the logs available to us and according to them, you are still playing on the now outdated client 19.2 when you should be on 19.4 (iOS). Please make sure that your AppStore is listing this versions as the latest and update your game accordingly.

So this might be the problem. I don’t have any option for the update

same problem also for me, I'm playing now on android but cannot update on my 2 iPads ... I also tried to format one of the iPads but nothing changed. We got in the store the right update but everytime we install the game system says there is a new version available and then it stucks there. Also some fried of mine same problem, all of them with IOS.

I possibly found the answer: if you go to “general” and then find the settings for the game, try switching to English language ... it worked for me

may be it’s been missed the Italian update?

I have the exact same problem. I'm also playing on the Italian version.

Tried to uninstall, reboot, reinstall the game on my iPhone XS 13.5.1.

Tried to install it on my iPad, where it was never previously installed, and it's ended also in the update loop!

Now reading the last replies @paolodezena and @PattiC90 I've switched to English and it started to work! How can anyone release such an update that a different language setting brokers it!!!
