This is the screen I am stuck in. I have no options to hit any other button on the screen. It is the tutorial for where you are shown how to level up a character. I can not even pull up settings, so I have no way to log out and try to make a new account. This is the same issue I tried getting resolved two years ago and nothing was done. My case was closed even after I asked for resolution. I even spent money in game that was completely wasted. Please help me.

Hi @Christoofer90 sorry to hear that.
We have reset your Jedi Consular and granted you the items and credits that were used to raise him to level 16 and gear level 2. You can find those in your inbox in game once you complete the tutorial step.

Edit: he is max level so I can’t train him is the main problem.
