Stuck at Lobby , error anti-cheat is not completed ?

Hello, I have switched from my cable internet access to a USB - tethering from my mobile phone.

After this switch, I can no longer get past the legends selection screen.

I had this problem earlier but it was cleared after the Apex recent update.
