Strangerville Story Items vanish from inventory [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.54.120.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs; Strangerville; Vampires; Parenthood; Dine Out; Outdoor Retreat; Laundry Day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travelling via map on strangerville makes the previous item acquired for completing the storyline disappear from inventory. Go back and try and get it again, and once I travel it vanishes again
What happens when the bug occurs? Items relevant to the storyline disappear. Travelling in Strangerville makes items disappear from inventory
What do you expect to see? items still in inventory
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@orangeflamingo87 Did you test this without mods installed on a fresh save ? Mine seem to stay fine when travelling.
