Strange colours when placing a lot in manage worlds

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.1109.185.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion, game, and stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add a lot in manage worlds
What happens when the bug occurs? The colours are strange when placing a lot in manage worlds, this issue started today, and not on the day of the patch. Once the lot is placed, the colours change to normal.
What do you expect to see? The normal colours during the whole thing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I’ve been having an issue with manage worlds, when i place a lot in manage worlds the colours look weird during the building prosses, once the lot is placed the colours return to normal. This didn’t happen until today because it looked normal on the day of the patch. I removed my mods, and I still have this problem.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a build from the gallery in manage worlds into ravenwood
What happens when the bug occurs? the colour of the map is distorted / incorrect (this was an issue for other worlds when DX11 released, but was fixed)
What do you expect to see? Correct colour
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
