Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Go into the campaign, play a mission 2. Observe compass, and possibly see a strange object.
What happens when the bug occurs? Minor inconvenience to the player.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Single Player Campaign
In what Single Player War Story did the bug occur? Prologue

Works on all single player campaign missions, at least for my copy of the game.

This is a little way to show that EA cares about players an listens to them.

But I can see that nobody is intrested to this...

i have the same trouble and i can not use the binoculaire in the campagne... it really more hard to play, what can i do to fix it?

If you have any issues with Battlefield, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.

There is not current plans that I am aware to update the singel player,.
