See screenshot below, buff appears on my list of buffs but does not graphically show.  I have also tested in Conquest to make sure Storm is taking health damage instead of protection up being there to eliminate the possibility of a graphical only bug.  In my test Storm took health damage and no protection up was hidden.  This gameplay goes against other instances of protection up where characters can gain protection up once protection is eliminated, such as Range trooper's buff after See has exhausted protection on a team.  I have also tested Range trooper just now and Range trooper's protection up is functioning properly under LV lead.
