Summarize your bug Just opened a bronzium data card and it removed 64 cantina energy. (Showed an icon) There was no accompanying increase in mods, shards, gold, cantina store energy or gear (that I could discern)

Hi @shadowhunteri3 and thank you for the report.

This can happen when your game is out of sync with our server. The 64 Cantina Energy is in fact not removed from your account, it is just a visual display.

Well, it was after the noon refresh where you receive 45 cantina energy.  And I did not spend any.  So, it doesn't make sense that it would drop below what it was before taking the refresh.  I did not receive the 64 cantina energy back or any bonus from spending them.

So, what do you recommend to do to remedy the situation?

This same issue happened to me also. It did take away my energy. I had 36 before this, and then only 4 after. I did have some connection issues but it should just take my energy...

Sorry to burst your bubble, EA will not take care of the issue.  (It has happened to me again and they didn't even respond to the last request.)

I also had that problem today and it was not just an icon. I went from 75 energy to 11.

My GFs account did this as well. The energy WAS removed.
