Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. The Water Treatment Facility, specifically the area with the two supply crates on wither side of a balloon tower
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Voidrunning through a thermite grenade
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? About 4 hours worth..? Maybe 30 or so.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I still take burn damage after stepping out of voidrun
What should be happening instead? I shouldn't be taking any damage, or it should be mitigated
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run through a thermite while using the ability
I haven't been able to test it all that well, the only time I could is in matches. It may be entirely possible it was an anomaly, but I got hit twice and heard the burning effect before I died.
