Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? Anytime I try to play or sim a franchise game in 2019-20 season the game will freeze then shut down completely so that I will have to restart the game. This happens right after I select uniforms and be for I hit the start for the game to load to play, or when I select sim when the option menu comes up. Has happened online and offline.
What do you expect to see? Either the sim game screen or the game start screen followed by loading.

It seems that this issue has been reported a number of times according to the forms so I would hope that EA Sports is and has been aware of this, although I didn't notice that it has been reported back as far as September which I would think is enough time to sort this out. Or EA Sports just doesn't care.
