Stats not tracking/updating or giving XP after match

What happens when the bug occurs? Stats do not register or update after the match, this is getting more frequent and it is getting very tiresome. I try very hard to raise my stats and knowing that they do not register after winning some matches, the results from my efforts amount to nothing.
What should be happening instead? My stats and wins should be registered after every single match I play
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure? Find the matches that have taken place but do not register into players stats? Or try it out on a switch yourselves?
