@CrashBandicuit - You can choose a different country for english such as the UK. You should still get chat options or similar even if it's a different country.

@CrashBandicuit - Okay - that's because the options will change depending on the topic/category you've chosen before.

To speak to someone live to see if anything can be done about this you could try the phone option.

If you're living in a country that doesn't support our "call me" feature you could use a VOIP service (such as Skype) instead. Just put your location in the VOIP service to UK and use that to call our UK number -  +44 203 0141818 (available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)

why its a soo big broblem if i want to just retrive my acc I have to waith about 2 weeks for answers.and it's not 100% that i gonna have my acc back
