I had installed the game, but before I could play it, my niece borrowed my iPad and play with it for a fair bit.

I'm now looking to reset the game (clear progress) so that I can start playing the game from the beginning. However I do not see as option to do so.

I have searched online but suggestion I have seen are to create multiple email accounts.

Is there a way for me to do so, or for the game admin/developers to do it?

We don't have an option to reset your current account. With that being said, someone created a guide on how you can setup a new account on your iPad to play on that:
