Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes loading screen

I have downloaded the Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, and it won't go passed the loading screen. I have downloade and deletedd it 5 times, and it still hasn't gone passed the loading screen that says "loading cantina". I really want to try this game. Please fix it!! I have an iPhone 5s
