Summarize your bug I have VoIP enabled for squad voice chat but sometimes It will not allow me to talk. I use the push to talk button but no sound is transmitted and no speaker icon in game is shown. This is not a hardware or settings issue it works fine with origin voice chat and other games.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't talk to my squad through voice comms.
What should be happening instead? Being able to talk to squad with voip.

Happens on all gamemodes. No all option.

Started working now somehow, I reinstalled usb drivers maybe that fixed it.

What kind of headset are you using and have you tried changing the audio settings to something else in-game? Such as war tapes, head phones, speakers, etc.?

Maybe:

in Windows 10 chose

- Windows Settings
- Privacy
- Microphone
- Under "Allow apps to access your microphone" switch to "On"

This has solved my problem that the microphone does not working in BFV.
