Split level platform can cause animation error while cooking [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 0.6.96
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Counter table next to a platform one level above it, and make the sim cook there.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim starts cooking as if the counter was at the same level as itself, therefore cutting in the air.
What do you expect to see? Either not allowing this action, or the sim bending more down.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I don't think this is a bug. If the sim places the food prep board on a side slot on the counter, it isn't going to recognize that the sim can't stand and prep there unless they physically can't stand there (if a wall or another counter is in the way.) Since your sim can stand on the platforn and it isn't too far away from the counter surface, you can still use it but it cant make the sim bend over more than the ordinary animation. This would happen if you sized down a counter too. Its random whether your sim places it on a front of side counter slot if both are available for use.
