Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. But I finished the game, then deleted my save file so I could playu through again with different cars, but now every speed card reward from a race (where you choose one of 3) is always level 2 or 5 depending on which car I use.

Every speed card reward from a race (where you choose one of 3) is always level 2 or 5 depending on which car I use. I finished the game, inclulding the Speedcross DLC. Deleted my save file so I could play throuigh again with different cars and on Hard mode, and now every speed card reward is either level 2 or 5, depending on which car I use.
