Special Team Settings are not getting saved

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the team settings and chance a few settings in the special teams. Like Distributor, Finisher and above all the bully formation of the special team lines. Then go back and open the team settings a second team. You will see, that the changes you have made are not saved. You see the old settings like they were, bevor you changed something.
What happens when the bug occurs? So you have false settings of your special team units. If you want to have your best bully player to take the faceoff but he plays in the powerplay for example on the left side, you can set him as center while the faceoff. That doesn't work. So always the player who plays in powerplay in front of the net take the faceoff,no matter what settings you have made, because that settings are not getting saved. The same problem with the finisher, distributor, and so on.
What do you expect to see? That the bug gets fixed and your settings are going to be saved,
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Season Mode, but I also had the bug in the Mode "Play Now". So I think it is a general problem , no matter which game mode.
