Spawn Similar or Same Spawn often in my game

Growing Together, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Dine Out, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day, Fitness, Toddler, Tiny Living, my first Pet, Vintage Glamour, Bowling Night, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Throwback Fit, Desert Luxe Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just look for a sim name Iosefina, she is very easy to find same hair color, eye color, skin color, she normally in college, in city living area dressed in a racoon outfit or staying in in the college dorm.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game keeps spawning the same sim with same hair color, eye color and eye shape, skin color is normally very close to the sim skin color and all Iosefina look the same or very much similar. If I didn't delete them the game would keep spawning until the game is filled with Iosefina's
What do you expect to see? N/A
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? This started happening 2 years ago No CC's or Mods was installed then and it continued this year, the game keeps spawning these similar or same sims.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, the first Iosefina showed spawn into my game 08/2021 I still have old pictures of her being in the dorm with one of my sims she dated his brother.
I was directed to post this here from The Sims 4 forum because this could be a bug in the game, here is what I shared on the Sims 4 forum.
I've been dealing with this issue for a little while now, my game continually spawns loads of Iosefina, the more I play the game the more they spawn in colleges or in the city. I change one Iosefina to Fina
Currently I'm play my game and another Iosefina just walked in the dorm dating one of the male sims in the dorm, I have deleted so many sim Iosefina who look the same.
These female sims are often on the street in the city acting crazy dressed in a racoon outfits, dating someone in the dorm or a student and they all look the same or very similar.

I dressed them like the main Iosefina who name I just to Fina because it was just so many of them spawning in my game, I just added another one and deleted two days.
@EA_Cade Yes, without CC's or Mod in the game. on the 09/08/2023 I did install Pose Players in the game to do one screenshot and I removed it because I rather get natural poses from the sims in my game. Iosephine spawns have been happening for two years and I just normally delete them from the game and never say anything, but I just find it strange now because more of them are spawning into the game and that started happening earlier this year.
New Iosephina her skin color and hair are different but the same face and eye shape and mouth.
