Sound cutting out

I am here to sadly confirm that this bug is still in the game after the patch (16-05-2018 solo season).

All my sound was lost in the last phase on Naboo, on the droids side. It might be related to the insight ability of Rey, since it literally occurred when Rey did that.

Lost sound at start of Maz's Castle.  Used to only happen once in awhile on Kashyyyk.  Now I'm reading about it in chat all the time on various maps.

I've done some research (as far as I can do) into this bug, @EA_Ataashi

I got 4 videos of this bug happening, but I've had it more than 4 times for sure. I just didn't record everything.

The videos are posted below. Maybe on your side, you could find additional information based on the facts that are stated below. I hope you can proceed to check what happened in these matches around that time. (I've specifically noted down the time and information to find that match).

Sound was lost: Exactly at the moment Lando was defeated. (1 opponent hero/villain that doesn't belong to era of Naboo)

Sound was lost: After Vader died (Hero that doesn't belong to era of Naboo).

CONCLUSIONS

It is limited to Clone Wars era maps  It actually happens on some other maps as well. Death Star 2 springs to mind. However, the highest probability is on the Clone era maps. 

It is also worth noting that it only happens in GA (as far as I know).

It probably has something to do with heroes/villains, possible from ones that don't belong to that era.

It can happen to any class.

Actually, it makes SENSE that it only happens in the second or third phases since mostly then HEROES are being used.

EDIT: Posted a mistake. Not only on Clone Wars era maps, but also on certain other maps.

@DYSPROssium No, it's not limited to clone wars maps. Yesterday I had this issue on Death Star II. In the first phase, let's say in the first 30 seconds of the match. According to the chat I wasn't the only one who had that exactly the same time.

You're right, thanks. That will complicate things. (I will edit my post above)

However, it might be that it happens more often in Clone wars era than in other maps. I see Kashyyyk and Naboo definitely more noted then other maps. Sequal maps even less than anything else. I hope the developers can see in the stats and code what happens at the exact times I have provided in the post above and then fix it.

Here to say that this happened to me yesterday during the last phase on Crait. Kicking some ** as Darth Vader from phase 1 to 3 and then sound just cuts out. I couldn’t even tell where enemies were coming from and where I’m getting shot from but I still survived. My friend was in the match so she could invite me after the game was over thankfully so I wouldn’t have to sift through empty servers again but this is really annoying.
