Sometimes the ability to select loot locks up at the end of a mission

Product: Anthem
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 4
Please select your region North America
Were you on an Expedition when the issue occurred? No
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. On the screen where you process loot at the end of a mission, although it might happen in other places.
When did this happen? ( hh:mm) 15.03.19 00:00 CDT (don't have exact time)
Summarize your bug When processing loot at the end of a mission, you normally have the ability to select which loot item you want to look at or salvage by using the left stick or D-pad to tell the game up/down/left/right. Sometimes, this will stop working - you'll try to hit left or right (I only remember it being a left/right problem, actually, but I don't know if I had tried up/down) for example to select a different item, but the cursor will be locked in place. There will be something of a half-animation as if the cursor had changed items, but it stays put afterwards. Fooling around with directional input will eventually fix the problem. The issue here is, you'll find something you like, try to switch to something you don't like to salvage it, then press the salvage button assuming you're destroying the item you don't like, but end up destroying the one you wanted to keep (which is mostly a problem with epic loot, since it's faster to salvage than masterwork/legendary).
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move the cursor around very quickly on the loot screen at the end of a mission, and you may eventually see the cursor lock up (you may also need to mix in pressing the salvage button to get it to happen).
What happens when the bug occurs? See above.
What should be happening instead? The cursor should never lock up on the loot screen. The confusion created may cause players to destroy items they wanted to keep.
