Since you cannot ask for help from the game app, you need to use this page:

Make sure to give EA help any bit of information you have in your first note to them. Otherwise they may stall time by asking questions. Also write that you have written a post here on this forum.

You find your player ID in the upper right corner of the screen when you open the game. Picture of this:
