[Open] No option to go to work

I hope this fix this issue soon, I need all my Sims working in full effect, I love this game and don't want to have to stop playing.

I tried contacting the "help center" and they kept in touch until they sent me to "specialist" they're so lies, I haven't heard anything from them for 3 days now.
There's NO ACTUAL FIXING THIS ISSUE unless they themselves do it.
Just RETIRE your bugged Sim.
Or if your other Sim is working properly just set that sim on that career before you retire. Mine picked up where I left off on my bugged sim.
Once I retired that bugged Sim everything is running fine again.
But for real to have to do this just to play properly is full load of you're not doing your job right. I was planing on actually putting money into this but after this and they're undying support, yeah right.

The Sims Mobile: My male character has been stuck in his job for two days now. I can't finish it, or progress in any way. The pink bubbles do not appear at his job, and there is no countdown timer telling me when the job will end. He's just stuck and he's been stuck since yesterday morning. I've even wasted two cupcakes that I PURCHASED and I would like them back. I have reached out to EA already and nobody is offering any type of assistance whatsoever. This is frustrating and I'm getting to a point where I am over it and if the issue isn't resolved today I am uninstalling the game.

That's what is happening with one of my characters too ever since the update

The work progress bug happened both before and after the 13th of March update. First in the Fashion career (solved by retiring the sim), and now progress in the Law career is stuck. Worth noting is the fact that I have a different sim progressing in the Fashion career and so far there are no issues.

@EA_MaiI followed what you said originally by submitting a technical issue, and then for some reason, my post got moved to here, under bug reports. Nobody has said anything to me about a resolve. Is this going to get resolved or not?

They are doing their job mate. Dont worry about it. Mine and couple others are fixed. The bug is happening to lots of people, it might takes time. When you're done submitting your problem and ID, just wait patiently. Im sure yours will be fix in time.
