How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By logging in on an Apple IPad Pro Device.
What do you expect to see? Blurred and Heavily Pixelated Graphics, except for menu screens, all character models are fine. The character heads in the UI are perfect.

Please reinstall the game on your iPad, I've checked and confirmed the graphics are working correctly and are high quality on an iPad Pro 11 inch

Still not clear on iPad Pro. In comparison to android, I’ve decide to play on my phone until the iPad issue is resolved.
The S9 graphics are much clearer and crisp.

On the new iPhone XR no issues, it’s just the tablet that shows fuzzy and rough graphics, optimisation issues I think.
