List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung S9
OS Version 12.2
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 1004067577880
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By logging in on an Apple IPad Pro Device.
What do you expect to see? Blurred and Heavily Pixelated Graphics, except for menu screens, all character models are fine. The character heads in the UI are perfect.
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region Europe
Country United Kingdom
Additional feedback Pictures included in log from SimGuru on Twitter.

Tried restarting, uninstalling and restoring.

 

No change.

 

Tried starting a new and unlinking all social media.

 

No change

 

Tried Factory Restore.

 

No change.

Please reinstall the game on your iPad, I've checked and confirmed the graphics are working correctly and are high quality on an iPad Pro 11 inch  Standard smile

Still not clear on iPad Pro. In comparison to android, I’ve decide to play on my phone until the iPad issue is resolved. 

 

The S9 graphics are much clearer and crisp.

I dont know why game is fuzzy as hell then. I've re-installed definitely not HD its jagged and blurred beyond belief. Can you check my game/player ID and see if theres a problem please it was working fine in soft launch and then it went low quality.

On the new iPhone XR no issues, it’s just the tablet that shows fuzzy and rough graphics, optimisation issues I think.
