Solo challenges not working!?

Summarize your bug Every time i try and do any solo challenges or solo battles my game will start to load and then it will freeze and crash. this has been happening for about 1 week and a half and it is really starting to make me mad. i spent money on this game to enjoy and play the game not sit there and watch my game crash. i have also tried all the things EA has been telling us to do and have been waiting for the one update ti fix my game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? that is a good question
What happens when the bug occurs? My game freezes then crashes
What do you expect to see? i hopefully expect to see a update that will fix my game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play the Eddie Goldman solo under Mut Superstars solo sequence on Ps4
What happens when the bug occurs? Servers cant process request and then spits you out of MUT to main loading screen
What do you expect to see? The solo challnge to load up so I can complete it

Have been trying to complete this Eddie Goldman solo challenge in Mut Superstars solo sequence for the past 5 days and always get the following error; Servers cant process request and then spits you out of MUT to main loading screen.

@mumarest I’m having the same exact problem for 3 days straight I’m still trying to figure it out

This issue has been going on for me the last week and after multiple emails to EA SUPPORT I have not received anything besides a case closed. If this doesn’t get resolved by this coming week does anyone how to get a refund on the game because as nice as the other features I’d rather have a game that works fully then partially.
